Born in the textile sector, Lucien Lobry evolved alongside French industry, gradually specialising in plastics processing and chemicals across generations while keeping its founding purpose intact: being the link between manufacturers and industrial users.
Early 20th century
Lucien Lobry establishes his business in the textile sector, building the firm's first commercial representation relationships.
1928 — Officially founded
The firm is officially registered. It progressively shifts towards chemicals, following the evolution of industrial markets.
Late 1960s
Established footprint in chemicals, with first ventures into plastics processing. Lasting partnerships built with leading European manufacturers.
Early 1990s
Consolidation of the partnership with SISE, and start of the collaboration with Euro-Stel.
Today — 5th generation
